PC Clocking allows employees to make bookings from a PC, laptop or tablet either in the office or when working remotely.  Since no hardware is required, this option is particularly cost-effective.

In making clockings employees are presented with a user-friendly interface that allows them to perform a range of functions, including clocking in/out, booking breaks and booking to lunch.

There is the option to create user-defined activities, such as “In Meeting”, “Engaged” that employees can then book to. The current booking for all employees can be made visible across your network, so that colleagues have visibility on which persons are available.

The interface also allows employees to view their personal attendance calendar, previous hours worked and current holiday allowance/taken positions.

For businesses running a Flexitime System, the PC clocking software offers employees the ability to check their flexi-balance. This eliminates the need for timesheets and cuts down the burden on HR and line managers to provide information relating to employee hours worked and flexi-leave.

Employees working remotely with a VPN or web connection can use the PC clocking software as if they were in their office, meaning that such employees can be integrated into the overall attendance system.
