Flexitime & Flexible Working
The post pandemic world has seen far reaching changes in the landscape of work. Flexitime/Flexible and hybrid working have become increasingly normalised. These trends bring the challenge of accounting for the hours worked under these schemes while not generating undue administrative burden. Flexi Rules
Employees are allocated a flexitime working pattern including core hours and start and finish windows against which the employee is measured.
You can define a flexitime period of any length, typically these are monthly, four-weekly, bi-weekly or weekly. You choose what happens to the flexi balance at the end of each period, for example you can carry forward credit and/or debit hours, cap the total number of hours carried forward or not carry any forward at all.
Flexi-leave
Flexi-leave is a common feature of flexitime (but not flexible working) schemes.
Most companies require an employee to have accrued sufficient hours before they qualify for flexi-leave. Capture it™ automates this for you.
The flexi-leave may be booked via the Book it™ self service module from the employee's phone removing paper and duplication from the organisation.

For hybrid, office, and field-based workers the Book it™ self-service solution is proving popular – the employee can not only request their flexi leave from their phone, PC, Mac or tablet but also potentially clock in and out (or even submit a timesheet for authorisation).
From the Book it™ App managers can also keep an eye on the flexi-balances, holiday allowances and general attendance of the employees who report to them (and, of course, authorise timesheets & holiday bookings etc.)
