The reception-to-any-desk feature maintains visibility and security, and of course the visitor/contractor is still clearly badged for identification as they move around within the site.
Multiple sites/receptions on a site are catered for (for instance main receptions for visitors and contractors and a different experience for delivery drivers), as are multiple visitor/contractor types.
The rolling messaging facility allows you to increase communication with your visitors. This improves the image of the organisation and uses their waiting time to your advantage contributing to that all important first impression.

Contractors
Contractors can complete specific entry questionnaires. These are fully configurable to cater for either industries or contractor types with specific requirements - e.g. food handling/production or for working at height, hot work etc.
Proactive alerts are raised if a person entering site answers a question in a way that would raise concern, or require attention. These are routed to the appropriate members of staff such as the Health and Safety or facilities manager.
Visitors
Visitors can complete specific entry questionnaires. These are fully configurable to cater for either industries or visitor types with specific requirements - e.g. food handling/production or for drivers delivering to site etc.
Proactive alerts are raised if a person entering site answers a question in a way that would raise concern, or require attention. These are routed to the appropriate members of staff – e.g. reception or transportation managers.
Reception to any desk
This innovative function allows multiple members of staff to cover reception and have visibility of the visitors on site. They can then be alerted when visitors have arrived or depart. Pop up alerts are supported to ‘catch the eye’ when action is required removing the need for the member of staff to focus unduly on the reception function.
Evacuation list
Vis it™ is fully integrated with the Capture it™ fire roll call. It can send automated evacuation lists for everyone to mobile phones. This removes the need for staff to remember to pick up paper records and potentially place themselves in danger, or for the paper to potentially be lost in a fire.
GDPR Management
Visitor data is only current and required for so long. Your Data Retention Policy will detail what is relevant. Disposing of the data after the defined data retention period is a tedious, and often manual, task. Vis it™ automates this after your defined period, removing the headache.
Who was on site when…
The easy to use interface allows authorised staff to see who was on site when, the visitor agreement they signed (with signature) and answers they provided to the site entry questionnaire. Remove the need to store dusty visitor books, or have books and entry questionnaire paperwork cluttering up reception.
Agreements and Video Embedding
